Ms. England's Class Grandparents and Special Friends Day

We want to say a huge thank you to all of the grandparents, parents, older siblings, and special friends who joined us for Grandparents and Special Friends Day. We were to happy to see you at our assembly and that you were able to return back to our classroom to support us with our family trees. It was so special to have all these visitors and to get to share some of our learning. We love you all!

Publishing Writing- Gallery Walk

To celebrate our opinion writing unit the students completed a gallery walk. For a gallery walk each of us were asked to read and review at least 10 of our classmates published books. Ms. England had our checklist available to help us give useful feedback. We loved having the chance to read others works, and we really loved getting to read the feedback that our friends left for us! Publishing is a very important part of the writing processes. It validates our work and encourages us to keep writing!
