Kindness and Understanding lesson with Mrs. Neubern
Sitting quietly back to back, if you concentrate and focus you can really feel your partner's breathing. If you both close your eyes and feel each other's breath, you can breathe in sync. It is very challenging, yet rewarding. Our class really enjoyed this activity!
