Hallowe'en Is Coming!

We're getting ready for Hallowe'en by making spooky crafts and by turning our space into a haunted classroom! Today students made a nightmare catcher out of a web complete with a creepy spider. Students also made treat bags which will hopefully get filled next week with lots of sweet treats! A big thanks to all of the parents who came out to decorate the class!  It looks awesome!

Graded will celebrate Hallowe'en on Thursday, November 1. Students should come to school on that day with their costume in their back packs.  Students will be able to change into their costumes after their afternoon special at 1:30. The parade will take place on the track at 2:00.  Parents are invited to watch by sitting in the bleachers.  After the parade, all are welcome to join us in the classroom for a party.

In the morning, second graders will participate in various Hallowe'en activities in each of the grade two classrooms. It should be a spooky and fun filled day!
